Trochut’s illustrations, designs and typography take the modern notion of minimalism and flip it on its side. His work philosophy is More is more. He is driven by a desire to constantly evolve which may be seen in his eclectic and prolific body of work. On graduation from Elisava Escola Superior de Disseny, Barcelona he worked at Toormix and Vasava design studios in Barcelona before establishing his own studio from where he works for clients including: Nike, The Rolling Stones, Adidas, BBC, Nixon, British Airways, Coca-Cola, The Guardian, Non Format, Wieden + Kennedy, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH, Fallon, and Beautiful Decay. In 2011 his monograph More is more was published. It documents his professional work whilst revealing his personal thoughts and listing his influences from the world of art and design.
