What excites you about the current creative climate? The interactivity of digital design is exciting. In print design (at least in publishing) there is beginning to be an attitude shift to increase the quality of hard copy objects, to compete in a small way, or at least in contrast to, all the intangible digital design matter we purchase or keep via new technologies. The use of better papers, beautiful printing effects, dye-cuts, end papers, boxes, foils etc. aid in producing stunning objects that you would want to keep, own, or gift. Designing with these added options or tool is all very exciting.
