ADC Young Guns For Good

Introducing Young Guns For Good. A brand new initiative aimed at connecting charitable causes with top creative talent within the Young Guns community. Interested Young Guns will have the opportunity to work on high profile creative projects for very worthy causes. Our inaugural project is in partnership with Google Creative Lab through which three ADC Young Guns will design three ads that will run in USA TODAY to benefit charities involved with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.

Our friends at Google Creative Lab, recent winner of the USA TODAY 2012 Print Competition, have elected to donate the prize, $1 million in advertising media spend, to ADC Young Guns For Good’s inaugural project.

The first ADC Young Guns for Good project will focus on charities benefiting Hurricane Sandy relief. Empire State Relief Fund, Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund and DonorsChoose.org will each be paired up with one ADC Young Gun to develop and execute a full-page color ad that will run in USA TODAY in mid-April.

Getting involved is simple. Click here and fill out a short application by Friday, March 22. A selection committee will then review all entries and select three of the most suitable Young Guns whom will create one ad each.

Those who endured Hurricane Sandy need our help and need it quickly, therefor timing on this initiative is quite tight. Young Guns will be selected by Friday, March 29 and files will be due Sunday, April 14.

This is an amazing opportunity for everyone involved. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
